Martha Ring has enjoyed a successful career as a set decorator in the Chicago film industry for the past fifteen years. She has worked on dozens of award winning productions, ranging from feature films, television shows, commercials and documentary films. During those years Martha honed her ability to be a careful listener and interpreter of her clients' vision. The largest portion of her job was to travel the city and suburbs collecting all of the necessary components to bring the directors vision to the screen. Vision is what brought Martha to real estate, the drive to make her clients' needs and vision come true.

Dedication to her real estate career produces boundless energy that serves Martha's clients well.

REAL ESTATE OF THE MONTH

One of the most important skills Martha has is adaptation. As in film production and life, anything and everything can change at anytime. With this in mind Martha is always prepared with creative solutions for any issue that may arise.

Martha has not only traveled Chicago extensively, but she grew up here as well. She has lived in many Chicago neighborhoods including the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and Pilsen. For the last fifteen years, Martha has resided in Bucktown with her husband, photographer JB Spector. Earning her BA from DePaul University, Martha is also associated with the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Chicago Association of Realtors, Bucktown Community Organization and I.A.T.S.E. Local 476. When Martha is not working, she is usually enjoying her daily walk in Bucktown or ice-skating at one of the many ice rinks located throughout the city.
